Stride approached us with an exciting opportunity to reimagine Grant Thornton House—a project close to our hearts, as we had transformed it 15 years ago from ANZ’s commercial office space into 12 floors of office space. This second chance to work on such a prominent building allowed us to bring fresh perspectives and modern solutions to its evolution.

Currently under construction, our revitalization includes an upgraded lobby, refreshed retail spaces, and the creation of an end-of-trip facility, catering to the needs of today’s tenants.

In addition to these enhancements, we have recently delivered new workspaces for esteemed organizations such as The Building Intelligence Group and the Institute of Directors, who have chosen this iconic building as their home. With 360-degree views and an exceptional location, the building now boasts unparalleled appeal.

By integrating tenant fitouts alongside the base building upgrade, we streamlined the process, enabling businesses to move in swiftly and leverage the expertise of our onsite teams for a seamless transition. The results are dynamic, modern workspace in the centre of Wellington.
